Waterslide FAQs
Have a question? Call (786) 260-4808 or WhatsApp us.
Are the waterslide pools detachable?
Yes. Many of our waterslides use detachable pools. You can use the included pool or, if your setup allows, slide into an in-ground swimming pool (with safe clearance and a flat, unobstructed entry). Ask us which models support this when you book.
How much space do I need for a waterslide?
Each slide has unique dimensions. As a rule of thumb, add at least 3 ft of clearance on all sides and 5–8 ft behind the slide for the blower or exit. Height clearance matters too—watch for trees, fences, and power lines. Send us a quick photo of the setup area if you’re unsure.
What surfaces can you set up on?
We can set up on grass (preferred), concrete, pavers, or asphalt. The area must be flat and free of rocks, branches, or debris. For hard surfaces, we use sandbags instead of stakes. We cannot set up on dirt, loose gravel, or steep slopes.
Do I need a water hose, and how long should it be?
Yes! You’ll need a standard garden hose that reaches the setup area with a working outdoor faucet. We recommend 50–100 ft to be safe. The water runs at a slow trickle—usage is about the same as a garden sprinkler.
What power do I need for the blower?
Each blower requires a dedicated 110-volt household outlet within 75–100 ft. Avoid sharing the same circuit with other appliances like A/Cs or fridges. If your setup is farther away, ask us about renting a generator.
How long is a typical rental, and do you deliver?
Standard rentals are for the entire day. We handle delivery, setup, and takedown. Delivery times vary based on routes, and we’ll confirm your exact window the week of your event.
Is there an age or weight limit for waterslides?
Most single-lane slides are designed for kids to teens, while larger dual-lane or tall slides can accommodate adults. We’ll recommend the right unit based on your guest ages and number of riders. Always follow the safety label posted on the slide.
Do you clean and sanitize the slides?
Absolutely. Every waterslide is fully cleaned and sanitized before each rental, and we do a quick on-site wipe-down as needed to ensure everything is spotless.
What about safety and supervision?
An adult must supervise at all times. Riders should slide feet-first, one at a time per lane, and wait until the previous rider exits before going. No flips, rough play, food, or drinks on the slide. Safety is our top priority.
What if it rains or there’s bad weather?
If rain or storms are in the forecast, we can reschedule or issue a credit for another date. For safety, we don’t operate during lightning or strong winds. We’ll contact you ahead of time if weather looks bad.
Can I keep the waterslide overnight?
Yes, overnight rentals are available for an additional fee if the setup area is fenced or secure. Let us know during booking so we can confirm availability.
Do I need a permit or HOA approval?
Private homes usually don’t need one, but some HOAs, parks, or event venues might. If you need a certificate of insurance, let us know in advance—we’re fully insured and can provide documentation.
