Combo Units FAQs
Questions? Call (786) 260-4808 or WhatsApp us.
What is a combo unit?
A combo unit combines a bounce house with a slide and built-in games (like basketball hoop, pop-ups, or obstacle elements). Some models are simple; others add more features—tell us the ages and we’ll match the right one.
Are combo units wet and dry? Do they include a pool?
Many combos can be used wet or dry. Wet versions include a splash pool or landing pad at the slide exit (varies by model). Ask which combos have detachable pools and which are dry-only.
What’s the difference between 3-in-1, 4-in-1, or 5-in-1 combos?
The number refers to features included. Example: bouncing area + slide + hoop (3-in-1); add pop-ups/obstacles (4-in-1); add climb wall/extra game (5-in-1). Features vary by model—check each product’s description.
How much space do I need for a combo unit?
Combos are larger than standard bouncers. Plan for the listed footprint plus ~3 ft clearance on all sides and 5–8 ft behind for the blower/exit. Check height—watch trees, balconies, and power lines.
What surfaces can you set up on?
Grass (preferred), concrete, pavers, or asphalt. Area must be flat and clear of debris. We stake on grass and use sandbags on hard surfaces. We can’t set up on dirt, loose gravel, or steep slopes.
What power and water do combos need?
Most combos use one 110V outlet within 75–100 ft for the blower. Wet use also needs a standard garden hose that reaches the setup area. Generators are available if power is far.
How many kids can use a combo at once? Any age/weight limits?
Capacity depends on model and ages. Typical use: 6–8 small kids (or fewer larger kids). Adults may be OK on some units. We’ll recommend the right combo for your group; always follow the rider limits posted on the unit.
Is a basketball hoop included inside the combo?
Many combos include an internal hoop (foam or soft rim). Some don’t. Check the product photos/details or ask us to recommend a hoop-equipped model. Please use only soft mini-balls inside.
Can I use a combo unit indoors or in a gym?
Yes—if the room has enough floor space and height clearance, plus standard power. Gyms and large halls work great. Send dimensions/photos and we’ll confirm.
How do I book a combo unit?
Book by phone or WhatsApp. We’ll help you pick the best combo, confirm availability, and schedule delivery—fast.
Do you deliver to parks or venues? What about insurance paperwork?
Yes. Many parks/venues require permits and a COI (Certificate of Insurance). Tell us early so we can prepare paperwork. Park power is limited—ask about generator rentals.
What about safety and supervision for combos (wet or dry)?
Adult supervision is required. Group riders by similar size/age; no flips, wrestling, or rough play. Feet-first on slides; one at a time per lane; keep landing clear; no food/drinks or sharp objects inside.
Do you clean and sanitize combo units?
Yes. Every unit is cleaned and sanitized before each rental, with a quick on-site wipe-down as needed after setup.
Weather, overnight rentals, and access requirements?
We pause/reschedule for lightning, high winds, or severe weather. Overnight rentals may be available if the area is secure (fee applies). Combos roll in on a dolly—please measure gates (~36"+), clear pathways, and tell us about stairs or tight turns.
