How do I request a quote on this page?
Browse the inventory, click Add to Cart on each item, then open the cart and submit the quote form with your event details. We’ll review availability and message you with pricing and next steps.
Is payment required on the Get a Quote page?
No—this page only collects your item list and event info so we can confirm availability and send your quote.
What information should I include to get an accurate quote?
Date, delivery address, surface type (grass/concrete), access notes (gates/stairs), power/water distance, event start/end times, and a good phone number or WhatsApp. Add any park/venue paperwork needs in the notes.
Can I add multiple items and adjust quantities in the cart?
Yes—add as many items as you want, then open the cart to update quantities or remove items before submitting the quote form.
What happens after I submit my quote request?
We check inventory for your date and location, calculate delivery, and send you a message with pricing and availability. If something is unavailable, we’ll suggest similar options.
Can I request a quote for multiple dates or locations?
Yes—submit one quote per date/location, or tell us in the notes which dates you’re considering and we’ll check them for you.
How are delivery fees calculated on the quote?
Delivery is based on distance, access (stairs/long carries), surface (stakes vs. sandbags), and timing (same-day or after-hours pickup). Exact pricing is included in your quote after we review your address and notes.
Do I need to call or WhatsApp after submitting the quote form?
Not required—but if your event is urgent or same-week, please call or WhatsApp so we can prioritize your request.
Do items stay in my cart if I leave the page and come back later?
It depends on your browser/device settings. For best results, submit your quote once your list is ready—or save the page and check your cart before submitting.
I’m booking a park/venue—can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Yes—add “COI needed” in the notes and include the park/venue name and required wording. Many parks also require a permit and a generator for power.
What about power and water requirements for my quote items?
Most inflatables need one 110V outlet within 75–100 ft per blower. Waterslides need a garden hose. Concessions need their own outlets. If outlets are far, ask about generator rentals.
Can I edit my quote after submitting (change items/quantities/times)?
Yes—reply to our message or call/WhatsApp with your changes. We’ll update the quote and resend the details.
Do you offer same-day or next-day quotes and deliveries?
When inventory and routes allow, yes. For urgent events, please call or WhatsApp after you submit the cart so we can jump on it.
What should I do if an item I want isn’t listed on this page?
Add a note in the cart or message us. We may have similar items not yet listed or can recommend alternatives that fit your theme and budget.
Do you clean and sanitize equipment between events?
Yes—every inflatable and machine is cleaned and sanitized between rentals. We also do a quick on-site wipe-down as needed after setup.
