Most standard bounce houses are about 13′ x 13′ to 15′ x 15′. Please allow at least 3 ft of clearance on all sides, plus 5–8 ft behind for the blower. Watch overhead clearance—no low trees, balconies, or power lines.

Grass (preferred), concrete, pavers, or asphalt. Area must be flat, clean, and free of rocks/debris. We stake on grass and use sandbags on hard surfaces. We can’t set up on dirt/loose gravel or steep slopes.

One dedicated 110V household outlet within 75–100 ft per blower (most bouncers use one). Avoid sharing the circuit with large appliances. Generator rentals are available if power is far.

It depends on unit size and ages. Typical 13’–15′ bouncers: 6–8 small kids or 4–6 bigger kids at a time. Always group similar ages/sizes and follow the rider limits posted on the unit.

Yes. A responsible adult must supervise at all times to enforce safe play: no flips, wrestling, or climbing on walls; keep entry/exit clear; and ensure riders are similar size/age.

Absolutely. We clean and sanitize every unit before each rental and perform a quick wipe-down at setup as needed.

Yes, if there’s enough space and height clearance, plus standard power. Gyms, halls, and large rooms work great—send us room dimensions and photos to confirm.

For safety, we pause during high winds (generally 15–20+ mph) and severe weather. If the forecast looks bad, contact us ahead of delivery to discuss rescheduling options or credits.

No shoes, food, gum, candy, glitter, face paint, or sharp objects in the unit. Empty pockets before jumping. Keep pets away from the inflatable and cords at all times.

Yes, we deliver to many parks/venues. Some require permits or a certificate of insurance (COI). Tell us early if paperwork is needed so we can prepare it. Power is often limited at parks—ask about generator rentals.

Most units roll in on a dolly and need ~36″ gate clearance (wider for some combos). Please measure gates, pathways, and turns; remove obstacles (trash cans, grills, etc.).

Often yes, for an additional fee and if your yard is secure/fenced. Request overnight when booking so we can confirm availability.

Standard rentals are for the day. We deliver, set up, anchor, and return for takedown. We’ll text or call with your delivery window once routes are scheduled.

We use stakes or sandbags depending on surface. Please mark or tell us about any sprinklers, shallow irrigation, septic, or buried lines so we can place anchors safely.
