Place on a sturdy, level table with access to power (and water for cleanup/ice for snow cones). Outdoor use should be shaded, dry, and protected from wind/rain. Keep kids’ hands away from hot parts and moving parts.

Yes—very simple. We demo at delivery and provide quick-start instructions. If you prefer, ask about an attendant to serve guests for you.

Machines are cleaned and sanitized between rentals. We’ll show you basic wipe-down steps for spills during use. Please return machines free of heavy residue; deep cleaning is on us.
