How do I book a tent?
Book by phone or WhatsApp. Tell us your date, address, guest count, and space size. We’ll suggest the right tent, layout, and add-ons (lighting, sidewalls, flooring).
What tent sizes do you offer and how many people fit?
We carry popular sizes for dining, lounge, buffet, and dance floors (e.g., 10×20, 20×20, 20×30, 20×40, larger frames). Capacity depends on seating style (banquet vs. rounds vs. cocktail). Share your guest count and we’ll send a quick seating chart.
Do I need a permit or HOA/venue approval for a tent?
Some cities/parks/HOAs require permits or prior approval, especially for larger tents, sides, heaters, or generators. Ask early—we’ll share common requirements and provide insurance docs (COI) if needed.
Staked vs. weighted (water barrels/ballast)—what’s the difference?
Staked tents use ground stakes (best on grass/soil). Weighted setups use water barrels or concrete ballast on hard surfaces. We’ll choose the safe anchoring method for your site and wind conditions.
What surfaces can you set up on and how much space is required?
Grass, concrete, pavers, asphalt, or turf on a flat, clear area. Allow extra room for stakes/weights, egress, and guy lines (if applicable). Send a quick photo or dimensions and we’ll confirm fit.
Can you add sidewalls, windows, doors, or rain gutters between tents?
Yes—clear or solid sidewalls, cathedral windows, zip-door panels, and gutters to connect tents for a larger covered space. Great for wind, shade, or rain protection.
Do you provide lighting, fans, heaters, or AC/evaporative cooling?
Absolutely—string/café lights, chandeliers, uplights, fans, heaters, and portable cooling options. We’ll size power and accessories to match your layout and season.
What about floors, stages, or dance floors under the tent?
Options include dance floors, platforms, and basic flooring to level soft ground. Tell us if you need a stage for DJ/band/speeches and we’ll plan the dimensions and placement.
Power needs: how many outlets and circuits do I need for tent lighting/equipment?
Tent lights typically use standard 110V outlets; larger installs, DJs, and catering may need dedicated circuits. We’ll specify safe power plans and can supply generators if outlets are far.
Do you call 811 or check for sprinklers and underground utilities before staking?
Please mark irrigation/sprinkler lines and let us know about utilities. For deeper stakes or public spaces, utility checks may be required. On hard surfaces we use weights instead of stakes.
What’s your wind/weather policy for tents?
Safety first—if high winds, lightning, or severe weather are expected, we’ll advise on sidewalls, extra ballast, rescheduling, or takedown. Tents must remain closed or cleared if conditions become unsafe.
Are your tents fire-retardant? Do you meet venue safety codes?
Yes—commercial-grade tents with fire-retardant certification. We follow safe egress, anchoring, and cord management practices. We can provide documentation for venues upon request.
When do you deliver and pick up the tent? Can I keep it overnight?
We confirm a delivery window the week of your event. Standard rentals are for the day; overnight is often available if the site is secure. After-hours/next-day pickup can be arranged (fees may apply).
Can you install on rooftops, decks, or tight backyards?
Many sites are possible with proper access and anchoring (weights/ballast). Share photos, gate widths, stairs/elevators, and any load limits—we’ll confirm feasibility and plan the crew.
What should I do to prepare the site before installation?
Clear the area of furniture, toys, and décor; mow grass beforehand; mark irrigation; unlock gates; and ensure vehicles are moved from the install zone. We’ll handle layout and leveling recommendations.
